Creating multiple accounts – whether under your own identity or using different names, contact details, or payment methods – is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.

4Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

5Sports Betting Rules

ZV777 offers sports betting markets across cricket – including Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, and bilateral series – as well as football and esports. All bets placed on ZV777 are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movement.
• In-play betting markets close at points specified by the platform. Bets submitted after the cut-off will be rejected or voided.
• If a cricket match is abandoned or officially declared a no-result before the minimum number of overs required for a result, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned.
• For PSL and T20 matches, the minimum overs required for a result to stand will be as per the official tournament rules in effect at the time of the match.
• Settlement of bets follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body – the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic cricket, or the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international fixtures.
• Errors in published odds caused by technical fault or human input error give ZV777 the right to void affected bets. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Winnings from sports bets are credited to your ZV777 account balance after official settlement. Disputed results are held pending resolution.

6Live Casino & Game Lobby Rules

The Live Casino, slots, table games, and all titles within the ZV777 Game Lobby operate on certified random number generation (RNG) systems. The following rules apply to all casino and game activity:

• Game results are final once a round has been completed and settled. No disputes based on subjective dissatisfaction with an outcome will be considered.

ZV777 regularly updates the Game Lobby with new titles. The availability of specific games is subject to change without prior notice. The removal of a game from the lobby does not entitle players to any compensation.

7Bonuses & Promotional Offers

ZV777 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players from time to time. Every bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions that apply across the platform include:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount – and in some cases the deposit amount – must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be made from the resulting balance.

In cases of account suspension where no breach has been confirmed, ZV777 will communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder. A player who believes their account has been suspended in error may contact the support team to raise a dispute. ZV777 will review the account and provide a response within a reasonable period.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting ZV777 support. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed subject to standard verification requirements. Account closure does not relieve a player of obligations arising from activity prior to closure.
